Mother-in-law could face charges in fight

The Kalispell Police Department responded after a man on Sixth Street West said his mother-in-law spit in his face and stole his money during an argument at about 10:45 p.m. Tuesday. He said he didn’t know if he wanted to pursue an assault charge.

A knife and a marijuana pipe were placed in evidence after the items were found along Airport Road Tuesday afternoon.

Someone reportedly stole a video camera from a vehicle on Fourth Avenue East a couple weeks ago.

The Columbia Falls Police Department received a report that a briefcase containing prescription morphine was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on Ninth Street West.
