Jean DeVall, 79

Jean DeVall, 79, a longtime resident of Whitefish, passed away April 4, 2012, at her home in Mesa, Ariz.

Jean was born in Grand Rapids, N.D., on May 17, 1932.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon DeVall; and parents, Sidney and Mary Willett.

She is survived by four sons and their wives, Gary Watson and Linda of Whitefish, Mike Watson and Karen of Whitefish, Kelly Watson and Cheri of Bigfork, and Henry DeVall and Lynne of Chandler, Ariz.; one daughter, Tana Stevens, and husband, Danny Locetto, of Gilbert, Ariz.; 14 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild on the way; and many other relatives and friends.

Jean and Gordy owned and operated Gordy’s Drive-in Whitefish for many years.

A graveside service is pending for July at the Whitefish Cemetery.
