Glacier sweeps CMR, Great Falls in volleyball

The Wolfpack took awhile to get going but found its rhythm in a sweep of the Great Falls schools on Saturday at GHS.

The Wolfpack struggled to get going in the opener against Great Falls High.

The Bison won the first set 25-19, while Glacier took the second 25-17. Glacier trailed 2-1 after a tight third set, won by Great Falls 26-24.

In the fourth, the Pack took off, winning 25-10 then dominating the fifth 15-7 to claim the match.

Glacier kept the momentum against C.M. Russell, sweeping the Rustlers in straight sets 25-13, 25-14, 25-10.

Tiffany Marks scored 27 kills in the two matches and Hannah Atlee led the Pack in aces in each outing with four against the Bison and five against CMR.

For its next match, Glacier will host Missoula Hellgate in Western AA play on Thursday.
