Open house planned for commissioner on Monday

An open house for retiring Flathead County Commissioner Dale Lauman will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Monday, Dec. 17, at the commissioner chambers on the third floor of the main courthouse in Kalispell.

“We have been very fortunate to have Dale serve the citizens of our county these past six years,” county Administrator Mike Pence said, inviting the public to join county officials “in honoring and expressing appreciation to Dale for his excellent service.”

Lauman’s seat will be filled in January by longtime West Valley resident Gary Krueger, who was elected in November.
