A 52-year-old Kalispell man was sentenced to 13 months in prison and three years of probation after pleading guilty to driving under the influence.

There is some confusion over how many past DUIs Greg Kanneburg has accumulated, with accounts ranging from three to five, including a pending DUI in Oregon.

According to court documents, Kannenburg was stopped in a department store parking lot on Aug. 13, 2010, following a report of an intoxicated driver.

Kannenburg admitted he had been drinking, and failed both field sobriety tests and a breath test, as well as another breath test at the Flathead County Detention Center.

He was also ordered to pay a $1,000 fine, with $500 of that suspended, a public defender fee of $250, with $125 of that suspended, and a supervision fee to be determined by his probation officer.
