Three Loggers hit double figures in win

EUREKA - Jared Winslow scored 17 and Micah Germany and Elias Lapka added 10 apiece as the Libby Loggers outlasted Eureka 50-48 in a nonconference boys basketball game.

Winslow hit a free throw with seven seconds remaining to put Libby ahead by two points.

Ryan Holder scored 18 to lead the Lions and Chris Ibach added 13.

"Tough one to lose, fun one to watch," said Eureka coach Chad Dunn of the back-and-forth contest.

Eureka (6-11) will play host Thursday to Troy.

Stillwater Christ.68, Flathead JV 66

Josh Bray scored 21 points and Trevor Holladay added 15 points as the Stillwater Christian Cougars held off Flathead JV 68-66 on Tuesday night.

Stillwater led 53-44 going into the final frame, but Flathead scored 22 points in the period to cut into the lead.

Chandler Escalante and Matt Quist led the Brave effort with 19 and 14 points, respectively.

Holladay had 13 rebounds and Bray nine for Stillwater. Noah Hashley contributed 11 points, five assists and Zane Kloeckl four assists to the Stillwater effort.

Stillwater (14-5) travels to Troy on Friday.
