A 25-year-old Kalispell woman pleaded guilty to a felony charge of accountability to criminal endangerment Thursday during Flathead District Court.

Angela Rinkes originally was charged with accountability to robbery for her involvement in a Sept. 7, 2011, incident, but was allowed to plead to the lesser charge.

Rinkes was driving the vehicle carrying Randall Everybodytalksabout, 28, Kalispell, when he got out and brandished a pistol on Ridgewood Drive before firing it into the ground and telling a woman and her friends “all of you get into the house now, I want all of your (expletive).”

The woman went inside, telling him she was going to call the police, which she did.

Rinkes then drove away with Everbodytalksabout.

According to a plea agreement, Rinkes faces a deferred sentence of three years. If she had been convicted of accountability to robbery, she would have faced between two and 40 years in prison and a fine of up to $50,000.

Her sentencing is scheduled for March 29.
