Two California men arrested when FBI agents located a missing Evergreen girl face custodial interference charges.

FBI agents found 12-year-old Jasmine Walker in Victorville, Calif., on Tuesday afternoon in the company of two older men.

She was last seen Monday night and an Amber Alert was issued Tuesday, indicating she might be traveling with 28-year-old Edgard Le of Escondido, Calif.

Sheriff Chuck Curry said Le and 37-year-old Dennis Nelson of San Diego face custodial interference charges in Flathead County and an investigation could lead to other charges.

Curry says it appears Le developed an online friendship with the girl and that he and Nelson traveled to Montana to pick her up.

Curry says the girl's father was going to fly down and pick her up on Wednesday.
