The last of three men arrested for breaking into Gardner’s RV & Trailer Center pleaded guilty to a reduced charge, plus charges in two other cases, on Thursday in Flathead District Court.

Kyle Egland, 22, pleaded guilty to felony theft after initially having been charged with burglary.

He and 24-year-old Jan Vondrich traveled to the business during the night of Oct. 26, 2011. They broke into campers and motor homes, stealing 11 televisions, three DVD players and a stereo.

In exchange to Egland pleading guilty to felony theft, a secondary charge of felony accountability to theft was dismissed.

Egland also pleaded guilty to a count of felony theft related to an incident that took place Sept. 12 and 13, 2011, when he and another man stole a 2010 Subaru Legacy from a car rental agency at the airport.

A second charge of felony theft was dismissed.

In the third case, Egland pleaded guilty to felony accountability to criminal distribution of dangerous drugs related to a March 2, 2010, incident.

According to the details of his plea agreement, Egland is facing five years in jail and five years suspended, although the agreement also grants him the ability to argue for a lower sentence.

His sentencing is scheduled for March 22.

Vondrich pleaded guilty to felony burglary as part of a plea deal on Jan. 20, with a second felony charge of theft being dropped. His sentencing is scheduled for March 1.

A third man charged in the case, Kevin Everett, 22, pleaded guilty to the same charge, also having a charge of felony theft dropped, on Jan. 26. His sentencing is scheduled for March 8.
