Wolfpack sweeps Loggers

Libby - The Glacier boys came back from an early game lull to take control of their game at Libby on Tuesday, winning 49-36. The Wolfpack took command in the second quarter behind strong outings from backcourt mates Evan Epperly and Kyle Griffith.

"It was a game of tempos," Libby coach Wally Winslow said. "We were able to have the tempo early. Later on, as the game progressed, Glacier got the tempo in their favor."

Epperly led the Wolfpack in scoring, ending the game with 11 points. Griffith finished with 10 points. Libby

sophomore Jared Winslow led the Loggers with 10 points in the game.

LIBBY - The Glacier girls' basketball team used a big second quarter to turn what was a close game with the Libby Loggers into a blowout.

After leading by just two points after eight minutes, the Wolfpack outscored Libby 18-2 in the second to take a commanding lead into half. Glacier kept rolling after the break, winning the game on the road 43-19.

Wolfpack sophomore Cassidy Hashley led all scorers in the game with 23 points. Libby sophomore Taylor Quinn led the Loggers with six points.
