Payson C. Scribner, son of Patrick and Juliet Scribner of Columbia Falls, was born Sept. 29 at North Valley Hospital.
He weighed 7.3 pounds and was 20 inches long.
Paternal grandparents are Craig and Claire Scribner of Bristol, Vt. Maternal grandparents are Tom and Carol Andrus of Shelbyville, Mich.
