<p>A jury ruled in favor of Flathead County Monday on a lawsuit challenging the legality of a boat launch on Church Slough. The county launch was temporarily closed earlier this month by District Judge Katherine Curtis, who still must rule on the closure that was prompted by an inadequate flood-plain permit.</p>
