Mike Campbell of Dutton pilots a Cessna A188B spraying a wheat field off West Valley Drive Friday morning. The spray is targeting the Orange Wheat Blossom Midge, an annual threat to the wheat in the Flathead Valley. The spray was initiated after the CHS Agronomy Team discovered the midge in it's larval stage. Spraying will continue Monday and is not harmful to humans or animals.
