Proposed work includes grading, gravel and plant mix surfacing, and replacing the Morrell Creek Bridge.  A paved pedestrian path will extend north from Double Arrow Ranch Road.

Turn lanes are proposed for Placid Lake Road and for Double Arrow Ranch Road.

Construction is tentatively scheduled beyond 2016.
