Pill poppers asked to leave church on Sunday
Two men in their late 20s were reportedly popping pills in a First Avenue East church Sunday and fighting amongst themselves in the bathroom. A caller told Kalispell Police that the men “seemed high on something.”
An officer responded to the church and helped the two men move along. He advised they were too intoxicated to be in church and the drugs on one of the men belonged to him.
About $75 was reported stolen from a car on Mountain Park Lane.
A woman said her purse was taken from her unlocked car at a bar on Airport Road.
Earlier Sunday, a Second Avenue East North caller told police they’ve had their cars egged, spray painted and broken into, and advised now someone took their bikes and hung them in a neighbor’s tree.
Police were investigating an alleged assault on Somers Stage that sent a woman to the emergency room.
Saturday night, someone kicked in a window and the front door at a home on Third Avenue West North.
A cell phone, iPad and prescription drugs were reported stolen from a home on Sixth Avenue East.
A caller said three teenagers in a blue pickup played chicken with him, yelled at him and got out of their truck to confront him. Police issued a citation.
Earlier Saturday evening, police warned three or four men who were jumping on roofs on South Main Street.
A juvenile was taken into custody near Woodland Water Park after allegedly harassing a customer, beating him up and taking off with his wallet and cell phone.

Saturday morning, a caller on Eighth Street West told the Columbia Falls Police Department he saw a kid with blonde, buzz-cut hair steal a wallet out of a truck.
