College leader begins community meetings
Flathead Valley Community College President Jane Karas will kick off her 11th annual Community Conversations June 13.
The conversations provide Karas the opportunity to talk about the college’s current and future activities with community members while inviting guests to provide their comments and ideas about the college’s strengths and areas of opportunity.
The schedule includes:
June 13: Breakfast in Blake Hall on the Kalispell campus.
June 15: Breakfast at Cafe Jax in Eureka and coffee and pastries at the college’s Lincoln County Campus, Libby.
June 19: Breakfast at the Nite Owl Restaurant, Columbia Falls.
June 20: Lunch at the Whitefish Lake Restaurant at Whitefish Lake Golf Club, Whitefish.
June 22: Breakfast at Grille 459, Bigfork.
June 25: Breakfast in the board room of First Interstate Bank, Polson.
June 27: Lunch at the Tamarack Brewing Co., Lakeside.
