Suzanna McDougal of the Bitterroot Valley, right, and Peter Sherrington, Rocky Mountain Eagle Research Foundation research director, look for a golden eagle in West Glacier on Friday. McDougal and Sherrington were on a birding field trip as part of Montana Audubon’s annual festival, Wings Across the Big Sky. The festival is based in Kalispell with events scheduled through Sunday. Sherrington is the keynote speaker for the festival.
