| June 27, 2012 7:30 PM

Columbia Mountain Theater Co.’s first production, “Shakespeare Makes a Scene,” opens July 13 in Columbia Falls.

Whether you are new to Shakespeare or have enjoyed the Bard for years, join the theater group for a romp through some of Shakespeare’s best scenes, woven together with some surprising twists. The two-person show takes the audience on an entertaining journey of “he said, she said” and explore several of the witty, tumultuous and sometimes tragic relationships in Shakespeare’s works.

The play is the creation of Jeremias Johnson and Sally McBride.

Performances are at 7 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays from July 13 through Aug. 4. Tickets are $7 at the door; cash or check only.
