Confused man goes to hospital
The Flathead County Sheriff’s Office transported a Hungry Horse man to the hospital after he approached his neighbor on Third Avenue South and told him that a gypsy and devil worshippers had taken over his house. The man, who was hallucinating and believed a blade of grass was a gypsy, was also carrying a toy pistol.
A 4-year-old girl said she was smashed into a door and her mother put a pillow in her face after she was seen with cuts, bruises and welts on her face on Caroline Road in Kalispell.
The parents of 3- and 4-year-old boys were counseled and child and parent services was notified after the boys went missing, the third time in a week one of them had disappeared. The parents had been counseled just the day before when one of the boys turned up in someone’s pool. Deputies located the two boys.
A resident of Trumble Creek Road reported her neighbor shot toward her house with a .22-caliber gun after leaving a note on her car threatening her dog.
An Arbour Drive West resident returned home and found a man prowling in his front yard and hiding behind a tree. The resident yelled at the man, who then fled.

A woman was arrested after fentanyl patches were reported stolen on U.S. 2 West in Marion.
Officers with the Kalispell Police Department arrested a suspicious man after he was seen talking with children, at least one of whom seemed uncomfortable, on Second Street West.

Deputies with the Lake County Sheriff’s Office arrested a person for threats and improper influence while investigating a report of a noise disturbance at a bar.
