Ronald G. Quaife, 80
Ronald G. Quaife, 80, of Goodyear, Ariz., passed away on June 23, 2012.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 57 years, Patricia Reamer.
He is survived by his five children, Rhonda, Christy, Jay, Lana and Teri; 14 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Barbara Van Brooker.
Ron joined the U.S. Air Force at age 21.
He later became a farmer in Illinois and a police officer/detective in Arizona. He was named Police Officer of the Year in 1979.
Ron and Pat retired to Montana in 1984, where they built their dream home.
Donations are suggested to the Leukemia Foundation.
Services will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, July 6, at the FOP Lodge, at 19th Avenue and Thunderbird, in Phoenix.
