Class B volleyball: Florence, Thompson Falls headed for state

RONAN – Florence and Thompson Falls will represent Western B at the Class B state volleyball tournament in Bozeman.

Florence defeated Thompson Falls in the divisional final on Saturday afternoon, 25-20, 25-18, 25-15.

Thompson Falls advanced to the title match by knocking off District 7B rival Eureka 23-25, 25-22, 25-13, 25-22 in a loser takes third-place match.

Cassidy Morgan had 18 kills and Alex Holland totaled 30 digs and two aces for Eureka.

Florence will be the No. 1 seed from the Western division at state, which begins Thursday.

Thompson Falls is the No. 2 seed from the division.
