Flossie Overn, 91

Flossie was born on Nov. 21, 1920, to Nick and Suzie Uzick in Melville, Saskatchewan, Canada and passed away on Oct. 31, 2012, in Bigfork.

She married Sander Overn  on May 25, 1945, and they lived in Lacombe and Wetaskiwin, Alberta before moving to Kalispell in 1951.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sander; her parents; and eight siblings.

She is survived by her brother, Steve and Lorraine Uzick; son, Garry and Mickie Overn; daughters, Judy and Tony O’Connor, Melodee and Bruce Haagenson, and Cheryl and Bill Baumgartner; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Many thanks to the caregivers who tended to Flossie’s needs in her last years.  

Private family services have been held.
