Flora Romera Pedrasa was born April 12, 1919, in San Francisco and died at the age of 93 of natural causes, in her home, on Nov. 13, 2012, in Bigfork.

Flora is survived by her daughter, Bonnie Lukin and son-in-law, Mario Lukin; four granddaughters, Jill, Joy, Joaquina and Mariah; five great-grandchildren, Shauntel, Angelito, Asa, Ellery and Frankie; brother, Jack Romera; sisters, Frances Stearns and Premavera Rodriguez; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Flora was preceded in death by her husband, Francisco Lopez Pedrasa; son, Frankie Moreno Pedrasa; brother, Rusty Romera; and sister, Helen Gabrielson.

A private gathering in honor of her life will be held in her home with family and close friends at 7 p.m. on Nov. 21.

Flora, a remarkable woman of stylish dress, was a joy to everyone who met her. A woman filled with love for family and friends, memories to share, with a sense of humor that brought laughter, and who had a spirit of vitality for life that everyone felt.

Common sense and the golden rule is what she lived by. She believed in Angels. Her favorite flowers were red roses, simply because they were beautiful and signify love.

She will remain in our hearts forever.

“Our little spring hen flew the coop and left her golden eggs behind.”

Buffalo Hill Funeral Home is caring for the family.
