Neighbor irritates others with spray

The Kalispell Police Department responded to River View Drive after a woman reported someone had been spraying a caustic substance into the air and she and her husband had to go home and flush their eyes out and that their eyes, lungs and throats were burning. Officers eventually located a neighbor who admitted he had shot off some old bear spray and did not realize it had drifted over to his neighbors’ house.

Officers responded to a building on Airport Road after a man was reported firing a gun into the air in front of the building and then firing at a person.

Officers apprehended and then released a man on U.S. 93 South after he took the keys from a woman who agreed to give him a ride home and fled from the vehicle. He eventually gave the keys back to a sober driver.
