Glacier moves to No. 4 in Class AA football poll

Glacier moved into the Class AA football poll for the first time this season, while Polson and Bigfork maintained their top 5 status.

The Wolfpack, riding a three-game win streak after a 55-14 win over crosstown rival Flathead, is ranked fourth this week. Great Falls C.M. Russell ascended to the top spot, taking the place of Helena Capital, which lost 41-7 on Friday to Billings West. The Rustlers came in just a few points ahead of No. 2 Helena and No. 3 Butte, all three splitting first-place votes. West rounded out the poll in fifth.

Polson remained in fourth place in Class A as the top five remained unchanged. Billings Central still holds the top spot, heading into its matchup with No. 2 Laurel this Friday. The Locomotives share second place with Dillon. Livingston is still in fifth.

Bigfork is still in fifth place as only a few teams changed places in the Class B poll. Manhattan is still in first place, splitting first-place votes with Malta. Red Lodge and Missoula Loyola kept their spots in third and fourth. Fairfield and Roundup swapped places at seventh and eighth and Townsend entered the poll at No. 10.

Fairview continues to hold the top spot in Class C 8-Man as did Hot Springs in 6-Man.
