Glacier National Park staff are asking for any information from the public on a pair of overdue backcountry hikers from the East Coast.

According to a post on the park’s Facebook page, a 32-year-old man approximately 6 feet tall and 180 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes and a 32-year-old man approximately 6 feet tall and 200 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes have not yet returned from a two-night camping and hiking trip.

“We believe the hikers departed from Two Medicine via the North Shore Trailhead on Tuesday, October 9 planning to camp at the Oldman Backcountry Campground and return to Two Medicine on Wednesday, October 10, perhaps camping at Two Medicine Campground Wednesday evening and then doing some day hikes on Thursday,” the post stated.

Anyone with information or who may have seen men matching the descriptions are asked to contact the park at 888-7805.
