Woman reportedly tossed out of moving car

The Flathead County Sheriff’s Office heard from a man at a bar on Montana 35 in Evergreen Monday, at about 1:50 a.m. The man said that a woman was thrown out of a moving car by her boyfriend, and the caller was concerned that the boyfriend might show up and harm the woman again.

On Sunday, there was a report regarding a dog killing chickens after breaking into a coop at a North Somers Road property.

There was a report of a laptop, DVD player and archery bow being stolen from a Coram Stage Road home after a break-in through a bedroom window some time in the last couple of weeks.

A woman called from Grand Drive in Bigfork to report that she has video of a man scraping paint off the top of cars, and said he has been doing it around 4 to 5 a.m. every morning.

There was a report of a camper being broken into on Montclair Drive, with a flat screen television and other items being stolen.

There was a report of an unwanted, belligerent woman refusing to leave a residence on U.S. 2 east of Columbia Falls.

A man calling from Sunrise Lane in the Lakeside area reported witnessing two people trying to break into his car.


 

Kalispell Police got a report Sunday regarding a building being vandalized with spray paint on Airport Road.

A woman calling from Bluestone Drive reported that somebody threw an unknown substance at her truck.

The manager of a hotel reported that a housekeeper had been caught going through the belongings of a hotel guest. It was unclear if anything was stolen.

A mother of two teenage girls reported that a woman who works at a business on U.S. 93 North had approached her daughters, asking them for nude photos of themselves.

Monday morning, there was a report of a Kalispell school building on East Washington Street being vandalized with spray paint.

There was a report of a vehicle being driven through a fence and into a tree on West Montana Street by an elderly man with a medical condition. The man was transported to Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

A person reported the theft of a pistol from a vehicle on Rockefeller Drive.

There was a report of several people trying to break up a fight between two dogs on Seventh Avenue East.


 

After responding to a vehicle accident on U.S. 93 at Polson Hill, Polson Police arrested a person for obstructing a peace officer Sunday.
