Olivia Michele Blackburn, daughter of Lyle Blackburn and Tracy Clark, was born July 26 at North Valley Hospital.
She weighed 7 pounds, 3.7 ounces and was 19 1/4 inches long.
Olivia joins Aubree, 18 months.
