40 Days for Life campaign starts Tuesday
The semiannual 40 Days for Life campaign kicks off Tuesday.
The campaign is a peaceful 40-day vigil of prayer and fasting focused on ending abortion.
While 40 Days for Life campaigns are held nationwide, the Kalispell vigil takes place outside All Families Healthcare at 1060 N. Meridian Road.
On Tuesday, the local campaign will screen “October Baby” at 7 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church. The movie tells the story of a young woman who struggles to come to grips with the discovery that she was adopted after a failed abortion attempt.
The vigil officially begins at midnight Wednesday. Those interested in participating are invited to a kickoff outside All Families Healthcare at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday.
The campaign will run 24 hours a day, seven days a week, until Nov. 4.
