Car beat train but not crossing arm

A person calling Kalispell Police Monday reported seeing a vehicle break the railroad crossing arm trying to beat the train at Five Avenue West and Center Street. Officers were looking for a vehicle with significant damage to the windshield or the top of the vehicle.

A woman calling from a vehicle on Second Avenue East reported that two men threatened her with bodily harm.

A woman calling from First Avenue West North reported that her wallet had been stolen from her purse.

There was a report of an out-of-control teenage girl at a Harrison Boulevard address.

The Flathead County Sheriff’s Office got a report Monday from South Cedar Drive involving a woman stealing a car belonging to her boyfriend after they got into an argument.

There was a report of a boy accidentally shooting himself in the hand while reloading a BB gun at a Trinkus Lane address in the Bigfork area.

A woman calling from the Kesler Creek area reported that neighbors cut down timber on her land but didn’t know they were on her property.

A woman calling from Columbia Meadows Drive reported that a violin and other items were stolen from her house and she believes she knows who the culprit is.

There was a report of a mailbox being damaged on Harmony Road.

A woman calling from Little Mountain Road reported that her husband was threatening to throw her belongings out of the house as she was trying to move out.

There was a report of a vehicle being damaged to the point where it would not move from its location on Marquardt Lane. The person believed responsible had also allegedly assaulted the vehicle owner’s son earlier this month.

A man was arrested on a warrant on Montana 35 in Evergreen.

There was a report of a man beating up a woman he was holding against her will at an apartment on Hathaway Lane. The man also reportedly damaged a vehicle.

There was a report of a man wheeling himself along Montana 35 near Many Lakes in a wheelchair and the reporting party was concerned the man might get hit by a vehicle.

There was a report of a boy being assaulted by another boy on Shady Lane in Evergreen.

A person calling from Maple Drive in the Kalispell area reported that an intoxicated man was sitting in a vehicle in the driveway and refusing to leave, even though the reporting party wouldn’t let him in the house. The man was arrested, but the charge was unclear.

There was a report of an unwanted man trespassing at a property on South Eighty Drive in the Somers area.
