Man takes guns, beef, silver from 'wife'
The Flathead County Sheriff’s Office got a report Sunday from a woman on Jellison Road who said that after she and her boyfriend got in a fight, he took two of her guns from the residence, a quarter of a cow and about $600 worth of silver, and then he trashed the place. The man admitted doing that, but maintained that the items are mutually owned because they are married under common law.
There was a report of a woman stealing a screwdriver from a store on U.S. 2 East in the Evergreen area.
There was a report of a couple having a loud altercation at an apartment off U.S. 2 west of Kalispell.

A man calling from Angel Point Road requested assistance in dealing with two Shetland ponies that showed up on his property.
A Magstadt Lane resident reported that he recently found at a local pawn shop a battery charger on wheels that had been stolen a couple of months ago.
