Dang Turkeys - Spring turkey hunting Montana

Two days isn't a whole lot of time to hunt turkeys especially for us rookies. Take a look at the action we were able to capture during opening weekend. Day one we were in the turkeys right away, but with no decoys or experience we couldn't call them close enough for a shot. Day two brought snow, zero turkeys, and a quiet forest. The rest of the spring season we were focused on bears and didn't get a chance to go back after those Dang Turkeys, but we'll be giving it a more respectable effort next spring.
