Man not so generous with swing set

A woman calling Kalispell Police from a a North Main Street address Saturday reported that a swing set was stolen from her yard. A man gave the swing set to her, and she believes he took it back.

A man and woman were loudly arguing on Second Street East.

People were harassing customers with a public address system rigged onto a vehicle at a store in the Hutton Ranch Plaza.

Early Sunday, just after midnight, a man who attempted to elude a police officer was arrested in the Meridian Road area.

At about 2 a.m., there was a report of several women arguing in a parking lot off East Idaho Street. The parties involved were separated.

A burglary on Fifth Avenue West left a broken window and a stolen stereo.

A man calling from Eighth Avenue West reported that the tailgate on his pickup was stolen.

Several juveniles were reported for trashing track equipment, presumably belonging to Flathead High School, on Second Avenue West.

 Whitefish Police were called Saturday regarding a vehicle being broken into on Denver Street, with an iPod, camera and camp box being stolen. 

Kids were repeatedly ringing a doorbell and running away from a house on Colorado Avenue at about midnight.

 After a Saturday traffic stop on Second Avenue West North, a Columbia Falls Police officer confiscated the driver’s license.

 Polson Police got a report Saturday regarding disorderly conduct at a convenience store on U.S. 93 Sunday.

There was a report of drug paraphernalia found at a hotel on U.S. 93.
