The Flathead County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a man driving his vehicle into a puddle, apparently intentionally splashing two young children sitting on a fence at a convenience store on Montana 35. The children cried, and the man was seen laughing in his truck.

There was a report Sunday regarding side and back windows on a pickup truck smashed in a parking lot off U.S. 93 North.

A person calling from Columbia Mountain Road reported there were three stray horses in his yard.

There was a road rage report on Three Mile Drive involving a man in a pickup truck passing the reporting party, flipping off the reporting party and then stomping on the brakes, almost causing the reporting party to rear end the truck.

A clerk at a convenience store on Montana 35 reported that a man entered the store, opened a beer can and left in a vehicle.

A man was arrested for partner-family member assault at an apartment on U.S. 2 in Evergreen after there was a report of a man hitting a woman.

A woman calling from First Avenue South in Martin City reported that she had unwanted people in her home who she wanted removed. The unwanted people left on their own.

After a traffic stop on Deer Creek Road in the Somers area at about 1:30 a.m. Monday, a woman was arrested, presumably for drunken driving.

 

Kalispell Police got a report Sunday regarding a white truck driven into a building on East Idaho Street at about 8 p.m.

Earlier in the day, an employee at a casino on First Avenue West reported a man attempted to cash a check that was not in his name. She wanted him banned from casino in the future.

Monday morning, a Sixth Avenue West North resident reported electrical parts and hoses were stolen from his truck, making it undriveable.

An employee at a store on U.S. 93 North reported two thefts by an employee over the last month that were both captured on video.

A person calling from Seventh Street West reported someone recently had smashed solar lights at the residence.

There was a report of someone breaking into vehicles on Second Avenue East; about $20 was stolen. 

 

Whitefish Police got a report Sunday from a woman who said she was “jumped” by another woman on Central Avenue over the weekend.

 

Columbia Falls Police got a report Sunday from a woman who said she locked herself out of a home on Ninth Street West with a 7-month-old baby still inside. She was assisted in getting back into the house.

A driver’s license was confiscated from a man with an arrest warrant on Nucleus Avenue.

 

Polson Police arrested someone for possession of drug paraphernalia at about 3 a.m. Sunday near the Polson Airport.

 

Responding to a vehicle accident on Eli Gap Road Sunday night, the Lake County Sheriff’s Office ended up arresting someone for driving while intoxicated.
