A large crowd was on hand Tuesday for official dedication ceremonies for the newest addition to Flathead Valley Community College.

The Rebecca Chaney Broussard Center for Nursing and Health Science at 32,000 square feet houses FVCC’s nursing and health-related programs as well as the college’s first student health clinic.

It is the ninth building on the college’s 216-acre campus.

The Broussard Center is the first privately funded building on the Kalispell campus thanks to a gift from the Broussard Family and contributions from the community.
