Recording artist offers special event, service

Nashville, Tenn., recording artist and speaker Linda Lanier comes to Kalispell Saturday and Sunday for a special event and service.

The event takes place at 6 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. Sunday at Valley Community Church of God, 2149 U.S. 2 E., Kalispell.

Lanier, who makes her home in Victor, has just completed her eighth recording project with tours across the United States. She has performed at the Pentagon for the Sept. 11, 2001, memorial service, hosted and appeared on numerous television and radio programs, and had her video “Prayer List” broadcast to 1,200 military bases on ships on the Fourth of July.
