<p>The Flathead High School choir performs Thursday night at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Kalispell. The Freedom from Religion Foundation and the American Civil Liberties Union had asked the choir, as well as choirs from Glacier and Whitefish high schools, not to sing at the church's Community Christmas Celebration. School officials, however, said the choir participation was voluntary and the students participation does not mean the district endorses or promotes a religion or religious message.
