Wrestling: Eureka second, Libby third at Superior Invite

SUPERIOR — Eureka showed its strength in the lower weights en route to a second-place showing at the Superior Invitational wrestling tournament on Saturday.

Kahden Bakkila (106) and Zach Durden (120) won by pins in their championship matches while Garrett White (113) prevailed via decision.

Frenchtown, with five individual winners, took the team trophy with a 180 1/2 total. Eureka tallied 149 1/2 followed by Libby in third place, 130.

Taking titles for Libby by pins were Zach Crace (138) and Josh Bowers (160).
