Sentence deferred for man with heroin in pocket
A Kalispell man who admitted possessing heroin outside Flathead High School has been given a five-year deferred sentence.
Christopher Gauthier, 23, was arrested on a pair of active warrants on Feb. 22 while he was standing outside the school waiting for someone to pick him up.
Heroin was found in his pocket.
District Judge Robert Allison handed the sentence down during a Dec. 19 hearing.
