Week in Pictures: January 28-February 4

<p>Taylor Zachary of the Kalispell Fire Department wears his gear as he does a round of stair climbing at Brannigan’s Pub on Saturday in Kalispell. Firefighters were at the pub as part of a fundraising campaign. Zachary and five other firefighters will compete in the 22nd Annual Scott Firefighter Stairclimb in Seattle on March 10. The firefighters are paying their own registration and travel expenses. All money raised goes to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. The next fundraiser is Feb. 13 at the Tamarack Brewing Co. in Lakeside.</p>

<p>Don Bennett, president of Freedom Bank, holds a replica <span class="st">giclée</span> print of a 4" by 8" painting by Ace Powell on Monday, February 4, in Columbia Falls. One hundred prints will be sold for $395 with $150 dollars from each going to benefit the Glacier Park Fund. The original painting, which is currently on display in the bank, will be on display until next year. Plans are being made for the painting to be moved to Glacier National Park in 2014.
