| February 6, 2013 5:30 PM

Wildlife photographer Sumio Harada’s work is showcased in a new addition to the Farcountry Press Babies! series in the recently released book “Mountain Goat Babies.”

Renowned wildlife photographers Harada, Henry Holdsworth and Dick Kettlewell have captured adorable images of grizzly bear cubs, mountain goat kids and pronghorn fawns for the newest additions to Farcountry Press’ Babies! series (2012, Farcountry Press $8.95).

Each sturdy and durable board book features 13 images of these animals at play in the wild. Rhymes accompany the photographs of baby grizzlies, pronghorns and mountain goats swimming, frolicking and cuddling with their mothers.

Other books in this popular series include “Bison Babies,” “Moose Babies,” “Black Bear Babies,” “Glacier Babies,” “Rocky Mountain Babies,” “Smoky Mountain Babies,” “Grand Canyon Babies,” “Yellowstone and Grand Teton Babies,” “Zoo Babies” and “Alaska Babies.”

“Grizzly Babies,” “Mountain Goat Babies” and “Pronghorn Babies” are available at local bookstores and gift shops, through online retailers, or from Farcountry Press at www.farcountrypress.com.

West Glacier resident Harada was born in Japan. He moved near Glacier National Park to photograph mountain goats in 1994. His images have been published in National Geographic, Ranger Rick, Canadian Wildlife, Montana Magazine, Montana Outdoors and many books.
