Gabby returned home a week ago after nearly a year of chemotherapy in Spokane to fight acute lymphoblastic leukemia, a fast-growing cancer of the white blood cells.</p>

Firefighters were at the pub as part of a fundraising campaign. Zachary and five other firefighters will compete in the 22nd Annual Scott Firefighter Stairclimb in Seattle on March 10. The firefighters are paying their own registration and travel expenses. All money raised goes to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. The next fundraiser is Feb. 13 at the Tamarack Brewing Co. in Lakeside.</p>

Last semester the class made 98 benches out of the dead elm trees that were removed from Kalispell neighborhoods.</p>

<p>The Glacier National Park specialty license plate is the most popular design at the Department of Motor Vehicles in Kalispell. There are approximately five times more of these plates in stock than any other design.</p>
