Advice wanted on cemetery fence
The Flathead County Sheriff’s Office received contact from a resident of Virginia City, Mont., who wanted advice from an animal control officer on how to fix a fence. The inquirer said they have a cemetery with a metal fence around it and every time a moose or elk jumps the fence, the animal impales itself. The person was hoping animal control officers in Flathead County had dealt with something similar before.
A woman living along Montana 35 was advised to get a restraining order after she had to report her boyfriend for peeping at her through the windows. She said she had kicked him out of the apartment earlier that morning for being too drunk and said he was looking through the window to “see what she was doing.”
