Kylie Ann Cooper

Kylie Ann Cooper, daughter of Wesley and Chelsea Cooper of Sidney, was born Jan. 8 at North Valley Hospital.

She weighed 8 pounds, 1.8 ounces and was 20 inches long.

Kylie joins Joshua, 1.
