Randy Rossberg, 58

Randy Rossberg passed away on Feb. 19, 2013 at his winter residence in Yuma, Ariz. He had been suffering from ALS.

Randy was born in Great Falls on Aug. 6, 1954, to Fred “Fritz” and Aune Rossberg. He attended local schools and graduated from CMR High School in 1972. He attended DeVry Technical Institute.

At 18, he became employed at Mountain Bell. He started as one of the first male operators, then transferring to Central Office equipment installation, finishing his career splicing cable.

He retired in 2002 and enjoyed spending time fishing and woodworking at Flathead Lake and Yuma.

He is survived by his wife, Kathleen (Kinnick), formerly of Livingston, his mother, Aune Rossberg, of Butte; his twin brother, Gerry, and sister-in-law, Laurie Rossberg, of Butte; daughter, Casey St. Laurent, of Tacoma, Wash.; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father Fred, brother James, and former wife Bonnie Rossberg.
