Fireworks complaints are plentiful
The Whitefish Police Department received a bevy of fireworks complaints Monday night.
At 7 p.m., a West Sixth Street resident reported her neighbors were shooting off mortars. When officers spoke with the homeowner, he said he was going to continue shooting off fireworks for the rest of the night.
A massive amount of fireworks were reported on Crestwood Drive.
A Shady River Lane resident reported multiple fireworks going off in her area.
A Baker Avenue woman contacted police because she just wanted them to knew her ex is crazy.
A man asked to speak to an officer because he believed he had been drugged sometime during the night.
Officers arrested and later released two men after responding to a fight on East Second Street.
