LaRaine Cresto, 78

LaRaine Cresto was born Nov. 17, 1934, in Mackie, Idaho to Jim and Daisy Cresto.

After making Montana her home for many years, LaRaine “went to be with the Lord” on Jan. 1, 2013, at 7:05 a.m., at the age of 78. LaRaine was residing at Colonial Manor in Whitefish.

LaRaine is survived by her three children, Sylvia Metteer, Tony Price and Christine Davis; and her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

LaRaine made it her personal goal in life to pass on her passion for art, sewing, and her many talents. LaRaine was the town seamstress, as well as giving her gifts of wisdom and compassion to all whom she came in contact with.

LaRaine touched so many lives and will be missed deeply by all who knew her.

As we all know, LaRaine was an animal lover, so in lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Flathead County Animal Shelter, 1035 First Ave. W., Kalispell MT 59901.
