A woman contacted the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office to report a cellphone repairman found her phone in a puddle in front of his business, dried it out and repaired it, but refused to give it back unless she paid him for the work. He was advised that he was a nice guy for repairing the phone, but she was under no obligation to pay him. He later returned the phone.
A repo man was hit with a tow strap when the owner of a vehicle he was trying to repossess jumped in and took off. She later returned to the Tall Pine Ridge residence and cooperated.
