National Winter Trails Day

Sue Sherman of Whitefish takes to the Glacier Nordic Center trails on Thursday afternoon, January 10, at the Whitefish Lake Golf Club. Tomorrow is National Winter Trails Day with events taking place around the Flathead, including a celebration at the Stillwater Mountain Lodge from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., free cross country skiing and snowshoeing on the Whitefish Trail System, cross country skiing at Blacktail as well as events at Lone Pine State Park, Glacier National Park and in the Swan Mountains.
