Cecilia Rae Owens

Cecilia Rae Owens, daughter of Joshua Owens and Alexi Loiacono of West Glacier, was born Dec. 18 at North Valley Hospital.

She weighed 5 pounds, 11 ounces and was 18 1/2 inches long.

Cecilia joins Joshlynn, 5.

Paternal grandparent is Debbie Komeotis of Columbia Falls. Maternal grandparents are Tony and Kage Loiacono of Whitefish, and Kristi Roberts of Clearwater, Fla.
